Need specific expertise for individuals - In this case Teacher - To be able to manage information and knowledge in accordance with the context of its relevant needs in conveying subjects, and in it must occur with knowledge transformation which includes socialization, externalization, internalization, and combination ( SECI). It takes an ability to manage knowledge (managing knowledge) at the personal level, or also called the Personal Knowledge Management. The community service activities are intended for high school teachers in the city of Bandung. Broadly speaking the topic delivered regarding the application of Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) to develop the learning method for teachers in the high school. The purpose of this service is to provide workshop activities for teaching and learning processes for high school teachers in the Bandung City area and produce workshop training modules, and in the implementation of these goals can be achieved.
Implementation of social care activities in the form of education / counseling / mentoring
