The main purpose of this workshop is to increase competency Physics and Natural Sciences teachers in Karawang and Padang. This workshop is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to improve the quality of teaching and understanding of students. Through collaboration with various other educational initiatives, this workshop seeks to achieve a greater impact and achieve its goals more efficiently. Although there are several challenges faced, such as resistance to changes and lack of resources, this workshop seeks to overcome this challenge through the involvement of all stakeholders, providing adequate support, and implementing the mechanism of feedback and effective assessment. Thus, it is hoped that this workshop will not only increase teacher competence at this time, but will also contribute to the development of more effective and innovative teaching models in the future.
The main purpose of this project is to improve the competence of physics and science teachers in Karawang and West Sumatra through a workshop organized by the Instrumentation and Computing Physics Scientific Group. This includes increased subject knowledge, understanding of concepts, and teaching skills.
The benefits of this project include improving the quality of teaching physics and science, which in turn can increase students' understanding and learning outcomes. In addition, this can also help teachers in developing more effective and innovative teaching methods.
