The digital learning era has given birth to many innovations. This innovation has changed the ways and places to learn students, from learning management systems (learning management system) to adaptive learning software and video conferences. For more than a decade, many universities and universities have succeeded in integrating distance learning and educational technology into their curriculum (Poon, 2013). This then is known as the learning learning learning. Mix learning model is important for higher education institutions to maintain the quality of learning and provide space for students to continue learning safely during the crisis or instability period, such as recent global pandemic. This seems to apply to education at the school level and is closely related to the competencies that must be supported by the teacher. Ideally, a teacher as part of an educator has good competence as mandated in the applicable laws and regulations. The competencies in question include personality competencies, pedagogical competencies, social competence, and professional competence. Specifically this activity is directed at strengthening pedagogical competencies. Pedagogical competence is the ability to understand students, design and implementation of learning, evaluation of learning outcomes, and the development of students to actualize the various potentials they have. Thus, one of the things that must be mastered by the teacher is the ability to design and implement learning including applying digital -based learning media. However, in practice there are still many teachers who do not have pedagogical competence, especially in the use of technology in the learning process. This is considered as part of the problem that must get serious attention from all groups involved in the world of education. Likewise, the teachers in the Cangkuang District area. Bandung. Implementation of Distance Learning (PJJ) in the current Pandemic period is considered not to take place effectively. There are quite a lot of obstacles faced by teachers in the implementation of the learning process. The obstacles in question include understanding of how to use various digital learning applications that can support the achievement of the learning process goals. Through these considerations, there needs to be an effort to improve pedagogical competence, especially in increasing technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) teachers. This is the next background as well as motivation for the Community Service Team FSRD ITB to carry out service activities titled "Improved Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) Teachers in Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency in the Digital Learning Era based on Edunex-Institute of Technology Bandung".
