North Oenenu Village is located in Masbait Tengah District, is a 3T area, close to Napan Village, and the Okusse Timor Leste border. This area is located in the hills of limestone at 450 meters above sea level with hilly morphology. Local Geology shows that there are two lithology, namely Pra-Tertier limestone, and dust tuffa. For the Oenenu area itself is dominated by limestone. Remembering the condition, the existence of water is very rare. Research with a survey of hydrology, morphology, and geoelectric measurement was carried out to meet the availability of clean water from springs or the location of the potential groundwater to local penduiduk located in the hills, so that the availability of water can reach the community through pipes. The pipeline has reached 3-4 RT. It is hoped that after this activity can be sought the potential of new water sources by drilling for remote areas in the mountains, where there are school facilities, and puskesmas.
