Activity Summary

The National Strategic Area (KSN) is an area given priority in spatial planning because it has a very significant impact nationally. This impact includes aspects such as state sovereignty, national defense and security, economic, social, cultural, and environmental. KSN also covers areas that have been recognized as world heritage. This regulation is regulated in a Presidential Regulation (Perpres) which focuses on spatial planning for the Capital City of the Archipelago (KIKN) from 2022 to 2042. ) consisting of three parts, namely the Capital City area (KIKN), the Capital Development Area of ​​the Archipelago (KPIKN), and the Coastal Area of ​​the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN). This core part includes planning the center of government central which includes an area of ​​around 6,671 hectares, including Bumi Harapan Village and part of the Pemaluan Village in Sepaku District, East Kalimantan.

In 2015, only about 16% of the total population of PDAM Regency PDAM North Penajam Paser served, in accordance with the Regional Medium -Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of North Paserjam Paser Regency for 2018 to 2023. To overcome this challenge, the PPU regional government has tried to create an unrestricted drinking water management system. The water treatment installation is built based on the needs and coverage of services in accordance with the conditions of the area, including the supply of water sources. Some urban drinking water treatment installations have been established in locations such as Waru Dam, Sepaku, and Rawa Mulya in Babulu Laut.
