Jayamukti Village, and Cihuirp Village, Cihurip District, Garut Regency are one of the villages that are passed by the Hilir River Sukaregang Garut Regency. Most people who live around the river banks are still very dependent on river water and surrounding springs that are used as clean water sources to meet their daily needs, but also as a landfill. Polluted water consumption can have an impact on health problems, such as skin diseases, digestive disorders, even death. Education carried out to the public regarding the evaluation of water quality used, mainly because of water use as water worthy of drinking originating from rivers or groundwater and irrigation. Of course the education provided is accompanied by the application of the health protocol to prevent the impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Increasing the spread of the Covid-19 virus should make people have high awareness to always implement health protocols in everyday life. But educational facilities and infrastructure related to the application of the health protocol available in the village are still lacking, so that people need to be given education related to the health protocol. In addition, the impact of Covid-19 has reduced residents' income so that there is a need for education activities for implementing the health protocol and economic recovery of residents. This activity aims to conduct counseling about the impact of contaminated water and training and the application of integrated chemistry given to citizens of Jayamukti and Cihurip Village in the form of making handsanitizers and use of garbage waste and cooking oil into a more economical product for residents and how to market it. In addition, it is also carried out the introduction of the application of chemistry in the life of a day for a subsidiary child targeted by the Youth of Karang Taruna, Jayamukti and Cihurip, Cihurip District, Cihurip, Garut Regency, West Java and high school students. Community service activities begin with educational water sources that are worth drinking and water pollution, and the impact of polluted water. In addition, village communities are given training to make conventional filters from sand, charcoal, and resin. This counseling was given to 30 coral cadets from two different villages. Karang Taruna can be a pioneer and pioneers of the development of community insight for the progress of the village. In addition, a training of hand sanitizer products was carried out by HMK 'Amisca' ITB. The series of activities also includes digital-based product marketing training by ITB chemical alumni. This activity aims to so that the economic economy of Jayamukti Village and Cihurip Village can recover after a Covid-19 pandemic affected. Overall, the series of activities consisted of (1) counseling and socialization of clean water quality and its identification and the application of the health protocol, (2) the workshop of making a hand sanitizer carried out by HMK 'Amisca' ITB luring, (3) workshops for making candles by unjani students , (4) Optimization of waste treatment is a product by UMMI students luring, (5) Counseling / Training Marketing Hand Sanitizer Products, Candles, and Products Results of Digital Waste Processing by ITB Chemical Alumni and UNIGA and UNPAK students, and (6) experiments Simple chemistry for high school children. The simple chemical experiment carried out is Magic Milk, lava lamp, non-newtonion solution, experiment writing with lemon, rainbow in a glass and blowing balloons with bottles. This activity involved 20 high school students and carried out at SMAN 30 Cihurip Village. It is expected that in the future, the coral coral community in Jayamukti Village can be an example of the application of knowledge and softskill, related to the identification of water quality, the impact of water pollution, and the application of the health protocol, to the empowerment of the community of Jayamukti Village, Garut Regency.

Can identify and resolve the problem of water quality and sanitation in Jayamukti and Cihurip Village, Cihurip District, Garut Regency. In addition, residents can also make Hand Sanitizer products and aromatherapy oil liquid oil / wax liquid soap and processing waste waste into an economical product independently. Sales of Hand Sanitizer products and waste processing products with digital marketing methods are expected to restore the local economy affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this activity can be one example of hybrid community service and collaborating with the chemical and university communities into a large and synergistic and varied activities in fostering residents in their fields. The community can be more aware of the importance of breaking the Covid-19 virus deployment chain. Training on making natural handsanitizer, oil candles, waste processing into an economical value product, and markets it to increase the economic lethargy of residents during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of their analysis can be primary data to be followed up by government institutions / research institutions in the development of the MSMEs of local villagers. It is also hoped that the community's concern for the environment around the village of Jayamukti and Cihurip, Cihurip District, Garut Regency will increase slowly.
