In addition to the government, universities that control knowledge and technology, have an obligation to contribute to assisting and developing IMKMs. One of the obstacles faced by IMKM is human resources both in terms of number and quality. In addition to skills, basic knowledge and extensive knowledge are needed so that they can have the opportunity to develop better. IMKM is expected to be able to answer the challenges in producing products (engine components) that tend to develop more precision and thorough. Nationally, government and college roles are needed in helping the IMKM to develop themselves. IMKM generally relies on human resources with limited educational backgrounds and limited equipment and production machines support. Sometimes IMKM develops from the decreased household industry and relies on existing experiences. The condition of this IMKM is difficult to develop and answer the challenges that need outside help to develop. The type of assistance can be given, including the help of improving human resources, transfer, equipment assistance and so on. Increasing human resources is the first priority because of adequate capability and insivals of HR then the direction and further development measures can be determined including identifying the needs of machinery, transfer and equipment. The scope of the implementation of community service activities through several stages of activities, including; The preparation stage related to the preparation of the modeling machine testing module, then is the stage of implementing modules: module the basics of machining processes, measurement modules, tooling machine testing modules.
