Perancangan dan Pembuatan Motor Strling Tipe Beta 200 W
Researcher Name (Team Leader)

Activity Summary

Indonesia has a large national electrification ratio, which is around 94%. But unfortunately there are areas in Indonesia which still have an electrification ratio below 50%, namely Papua which has an electrification ratio of around 42%. This underlies the collaboration of research between KK production techniques and KK energy conversion to participate in the construction of small-scale power plants, in the form of a stirling motor, which can reach remote areas in Papua which cannot be reached by large-scale power plants. Multidisciplinary collaboration in terms of production and energy is needed to obtain an efficient micro-scale generator in terms of thermodynamics and can be mass produced. In this research, research is focused on making re-components based on available engineering drawings. The object that became a study was a beta type stirling type of 200 watt capacity in the ITB thermodynamic laboratory. The component manufakuring process is handed over to Astra Polman.
