Activity Summary

The proposed mechanism consists of six systematic steps in reducing solutions Improvements to a fulfillment of quality attributes. In the first step, dimensions and The required quality attributes are identified based on the basic models of MRT transportation. The second step made was designing and testing the questionnaire, and doing sampling. The third step is to determine the weight of interest and assessment towards quality attributes based on sample and secondary primary data. Results in step Third can determine the quality attributes into four quadrants prepared based on the Dimensions of Utility Value (Satisfaction) and Importance (interests) of each attribute. The fourth step is to identify the gap on each technical response from a Quality attributes. This gap is used to determine which technical response function have not reached the target so that it requires a designated solution design. The fifth step is to generate a solution for each selected technical response Based on the scamper method (subtitute, combine, adapt / adjust / add, modify / magnify, put to another use, eliminate, reverse / rearrange). The five proposal steps can reduce the solution systematically lower the solution Then the appropriate implementation can be implemented. Based on the basic models of MRT transportation, 8 attributes were prioritized to be repaired which were then identified using the House of Quality (HOQ). The proposed improvement design was obtained by identifying 52 technical attributes taken from the Quality Standard of the Jakarta MRT service that had a gap. The results of the Scamper elaboration resulting in 10 concepts of solutions which can then be implemented according to existing conditions.
