Activity Summary

In the community service 2023 was made improvements to the training activities by proposing the design of the Gamification -based Massive Open Massive System with the hope that the community service activities carried out could be more sustainable and could have a broader impact on MSMEs because it could be accessed freely by the MSME without being limited by the location and time. MOOC design is done by first conducting a survey of the Sukabumi City MSME to find out what kind of design is expected. There are 51 Sukabumi City MSMEs who took part in the survey, as many as 94.1% (48 people) were business owners and managers, while 5.9% (3 people) were business owners and did not participate in managing their business. Then based on the initial survey an interview was conducted to find out the persona of the Sukabumi City UMKM. Target

The realization of a gamification -based Massive Open Open Courses system that can be accessed by MSMEs freely; MSME actors have a digital e-commerce account and are able to manage the account in the transaction
