Dirgantara sports are sports that have great potential. Modern glider aircraft have cheap buy and operational prices and operational ease of being a condition for the development of this sport. The GL-1 design is confirmed to meet the air feasibility requirements, the initial design of the GL-1 certification certification type Cerificate (TC) through the submission process to the KalaiKudaraan Directorate and Intriation of Aircraft (DKPPU). The process stage is, the proposal stage, the demonstration phase and the validation phase. DKPPU in Indonesia does not have a special regulation for aircraft design, the solution adopts EASA CS-22 from Europe, however, the process of adoption and integration must be supported by aircraft development and production programs. The CS-22 application study for design has been carried out and CS-22 regulations there are eight sub-sections. Sub A and B outlines performance needs to be tested for certification. Desy the structure of the aircraft body using the sub C to determine the maximum load. Configuration and layout for internal components and control mechanisms have been designed to meet 9 articles from 32 articles related to articles on CS-22.
