Building a smart village in the digital era is currently a challenge for stakeholders, especially the government. One of the Nawacita which is carried out in realizing the ideals of the Indonesian people who are intelligent and prosperous by means the importance of nation's competitiveness in a broad sense, product competitiveness excellence with intelligent communities is one of the determinants of the superiority of the nation's competitiveness, especially in village. Realizing the intelligent village in particular is that with collaboration, especially in preparing for the advantage of power and produces technology products that are easily applied to Internet of Things (IOT), so that the purpose of developing Mandiri villages and village digitization and with pillars of digitizing village services, emergency response to disaster.
