This proposal proposes several programs that aim to strengthen the capacity to develop human resources in rural areas in the IKN area in anticipating the transition process from rural to urban which is very important to improve welfare and socioeconomic progress of their people and their resilience to physical, economic and social changes that are very significant and long -term.
Efforts to harmonize between the Capital City (IKN) of the Archipelago and rural areas or rural areas that border directly with IKN require a comprehensive and integrated approach that considers social, economic, environmental, and cultural aspects both in the IKN and Rural regions. By anticipating differences in development between the two in the future, efforts are needed early on to bridge the gap in the construction of the infrastructure between the two by encouraging collaboration that can achieve more balanced and inclusive development, which results in an increase in prosperity and overall welfare both in rural areas and In IKN.
Harmonization of urban-rhythmic linkages to support IKN can provide several benefits, including: 1. Balanced Regional Development: By strengthening the relationship between urban and rural areas, harmonization will encourage balanced regional development. This helps distribute economic opportunities, infrastructure development, and public services more equally in various regions, reduce the gap and encourage overall socio-economic growth. 2. Economic Growth: Urban-Assembly Relations Facilitate the flow of goods, services, capital, and labor between the city center and rural areas. This integration can stimulate economic growth by utilizing the power of the two sectors. Urban areas provide markets for rural products while rural areas contribute resources such as agricultural products or natural resources to support the urban industry.
