These phases are mainly related to the psychological conditions of disaster survivors. In two phases at the beginning, psychological conditions tend to be positive and vibrant. The third phase usually starts when the help has slowly stopped and can run very long until it goes into the last phase. In the phase of disappointment, the survivors usually have lost their enthusiasm and feels confused awaiting the life they want to return as before. Even in this phase is prone to a decrease in cohesiveness, because they tend to be irritability and experience stress or depression. Researchers from the Population Research Center for the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) found many issues that arise because disaster management programs often ignore social and non-community-based dimensions. Based on this, this activity is designed using a process approach Communal art creations. The main target of this program is children. Testimonials

Previously almost all survivors living in temporary occupancy (Huntara) located behind the village. Some communities had come and provide assistance, but no one lives in a long period. In general, people can undergo activities such as before the occurrence of natural disasters. However, the Paniais Lestari group as a local partner suffered extraordinary losses because the tsunami occurred. All of their physical assets are carried away and cannot be found. Their psychological conditions as groups are very bad and it affects the village a little bit, whose most of them have made for the development of tourism. Children around Paniis village also get a variety of help before the PM Program begins, but most of the help of providing physical needs related to schools or programs run in a short time. This causes their group psychological conditions to have not developed in cohesively. We also identified fundamental problems with teachers at SDN 02 Tamanjaya in conveying lessons in accordance with the thematic curriculum (2013, KTSP, 2018).
