Until now the city of Bandung and its surroundings still cannot be separated from garbage problems, one of them waste used newspaper paper. As is known that newspapers are always produced and consumed by the community every day, this causes this type of waste volume relatively very large. Though based on research and experience in the field, newspaper garbage is a potential material to be used into various kinds of recycled products. Because of the background, the idea emerged in the form of an integrative solution in order to improve the economic conditions and solutions for environmental problems through the Community Empowerment Program in Langensari Village, Lembang Subdistrict through the Program Program Processing Craft Programs made from used newspaper with a processing technique. So that from this program is expected to be able to provide skills and encourage the surrounding community to start economic activities (business groups / SMEs) with cheap and easy to obtain materials.
