Activity Summary

The pattern of a common agroforestry plant in the Geulis Mountain area is to plant coffee under tree stands. Planting coffee agroforestry on Geulis Mountain is quite diverse, some are planted under the auspices of the mahogany, sengon, surian and others. Too bad they did not design the pattern of coffee agroforestry properly. Productivity of coffee agroforestry depends on the quality of coffee fruit produced. In order to increase productivity and the results of the results of agroforestry coffee farmers around Mount Geulis, then the transfer of knowledge and technology to the farming community so that the productivity and selling value of the agroforestry coffee plant is more maximal, this community service aims to provide knowledge of how to design agroforestry plants Coffee and how to process post-harvest coffee fruit through the application of fermented techniques and other techniques. The implementation of PM includes: (a) Development of coffee agroforestry plant engineering; (b) Development of Coffee Cultivation Techniques and (C) Post Harvest Processing Techniques.
