The climate system consists of the components of the atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere, biosphere, humanosphere and cryosphere. On this occasion the main focus is the atmosphere, hydrogeology, environment and humanosphere. Mount Manglayang is one of the mountains surrounding the Bandung area which has experienced many changes over time, with its southern slopes experiencing more and more environmental damage due to the increasing number of residential developments in the area. The number of clean water springs is decreasing rapidly, in fact it is not impossible that one day the problem of clean water will become more prominent, especially during the long dry season due to climate variability such as El Nino and Positive Dipole Mode and climate change.
Understanding of disasters Earth, especially hydrogeometeorological and environmental problems are still not fully understood by the public. Diverse levels of education contribute greatly to this unequal understanding. Equal distribution of environmental awareness will bring improvements to environmental conditions which tend to become more and more damaged over time, so it is important to make the southern area of Manglayang a development area.
The younger generation must be equipped with sufficient earth and environmental knowledge to grow a high awareness of the importance of the environment's carrying capacity for human activities so that they strive to contribute to building a good environment. The public, especially the younger generation, must know environmental issues that are affected by climate variability and change. Floods, droughts, lack of clean water sources due to disrupted hydrological cycles where land/vegetation/forest cover is increasingly reduced become prominent events at certain times. It is hoped that Environmentally Conscious Families (Kadarling) can start from the younger generation. This embryo is also carried out on a national scale as a network to provide more detail and find appropriate models in various places. Considering that gathering young people aged 17-20 years is technically difficult to do, a relatively easy way is to target SMA/SMK/Pontren/MA students. In this way, in the long term, kadarling will be formed and spread everywhere so that the environment will be increasingly maintained in its beauty and function.
Pioneering the formation of a built area on the southern side of Mount Manglayang, West Java from a earth and environmental perspective. Motivate the younger generation to contribute actively in protecting the environment so that the hydrological cycle is well maintained. Pioneering the formation of an Environmentally Aware Family (Kadarling) that is sensitive to environmental issues and is not easily provoked by hoax news related to variability and changes in weather, climate and the environment.
The pioneering of built areas will enable residents to be more creative and innovative regarding their environmental problems by looking for real and alternative solutions to save the environment so that it is suitable for its intended use. The younger generation (not only casuistry in Bandung/West Java) is motivated to overcome environmental problems around them. Pioneering to form environmentally conscious families (kadarling) who are sensitive to various news and information about climate and environmental variability (and change) and avoid hoax news.
