Activity Summary

Community Service in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi Province is carried out based on real needs in the district, namely related to the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).  For this reason, training has been carried out on designing visual identities for a number of MSMEs. Two important aspects are given. First, insight into exploring local cultural values ​​as intangible wealth that can be used as symbolic capital for the identity of business institutions. Second, skills in designing the visual identity of the business lumbago. The activity was attended by thirty MSME actors from various regions (mainland and islands) in Pangkep Regency. The enthusiasm of the participants showed extraordinary enthusiasm for learning and creating. This situation is also supported by the readiness and open attitude of the local government. This has caused activities to run smoothly, in an orderly manner, and produce positive achievements as targeted. 



Target

1. Formation of knowledge and understanding of cultural values ​​which can be used to form the visual identity of business institutions and media for commodity promotion in the MSME community
