This is very reasonable, considering that according to some experts, FR has the nature of myofascial release in the muscles that can help launch blood circulation and also eliminate trigger points in the muscles. This requires them to be able to choose the most suitable and appropriate recovery method. But unfortunately, some other recovery methods require quite expensive costs, and are involved in other people in the implementation process.
