"The north coast (Pantura) is one of the coasts with the most populous population in the world. Facing the Java Sea, with a very fine mud sediment, its waters support various important economic activities for its coastal communities. In addition to fishermen activities are also the crossing of the Indonesian archipelago. Some other important activities are the coal transportation route between Kalimantan and Java, also currently there is a PLTU there. With the existence of multi -campus in Cirebon, as well as equipment and research vessels with MTCRC (Marine Technology and Cooperation Research Center) located in Cirebon, it has allowed Oceanography KK to carry out several surveys. What has been done includes aerial surveys with drones, and several waters surveys on the Cirebon coast. Thus, in running the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely community service, the Oceanography KK can provide information about the condition of the Cirebon coastal sea to the stakeholders in Cirebon, for example to local governments and schools or coastal communities/Cirebon fishermen. This time community service aims to provide information to stakeholders regarding the condition of Cirebon coastal waters, so that it can be known and adjust activities in the waters better in terms of utilization, conservation and safety of the user community. The socialization event in the form of FGD was held on June 23-24, 2022, involving the FITB ITB Oceanography KK partner namely MTCRC (Marine Technology Cooperation Research Center) and ITB Cirebon, as well as 8 students from the Cirebon Oceanography Study Program. The event was held at the Arjawinangun campus and excursion to the Fitb-MTCRC Ara Ship Pier at the Pelindo II Cirebon Port. There were 13 invited agencies and 6 high schools/vocational schools attended."
