Blades, hoes, machetes, hammer and equipment or metal tools are commonly produced by metal craftsmen (blacksmith) which are small-scale industries. Iron craftsmen center together with the products �Pisau Bareng "is one of the centers of small businesses that are quite famous in Udus Regency. This community service program is a continuation of similar programs that have been done before in Bandung Regency, West Java. The quality of craftsmen and blacksmith products is determined by raw materials and the process of making the equipment related to strength and violence. Thus, then the level of strength and violence from forging products needs to be mapped to provide optimum performance. However, there has not been mapping the quality of knife craftsmen products in small industrial centers, especially in small industrial centers and distribution of violence in steel cross sections of existing knife products. The observations of phases and micro structures obtained from the yard product results have also not been carried out. In order to obtain the right treatment and the appropriate raw material for certain products it is necessary to make a practical procedure. This procedure includes selection of raw materials and certain treatment for a particular product. This procedure can help craftsmen to produce consistent products where generally small industry workers generally do not master metallurgical science but more prioritizing experience in making products. Through this program it is expected that the quality of these small industrial products can be increased and consistent. The scope of the implementation of community service activities is the object of community service in the Bareng area, Hadipolo Village, Kudus Regency. Products observed are knives and arites. The analysis and testing process was carried out in the ITB campus area and its surroundings. Final results in the form of reports on product quality test results and recommendations. These results then present to SMEs in the presence of officials of the Department of Industry and SMEs. Holy.
