Based on the implementation of the 2013 Service Program, to resolve the main issues that arise in the implementation of the program of the Mandiri Energi Energy alternative oil-distance oil in Rajadesa District, Kab. Ciamis has changed the approach. The approach to the solution that is carried out is the capacity building approach (capacity building) of insino resources (community) in mastery, utilization and promotion of alternative oil distance energy processing technology. The change in approach is based on the results of the evaluation of the planting of distance crops in farmers' gardens in Rajadesa sub-district in the past which is not carried out by plant care properly by farmers owners of the plant garden. Other findings are some of the people demanding compensation for land use that has been planted with distance plants. This shows that the community is still in transactional in planting the distance on his garden land. In the early stages of having a strong desire of the garden land planted with a distance plant with a splashed planting model, but on its journey also demanding the existence of land use compensation in the form of expecting maintenance costs of the distance plant that has been planted.
