For schools in the Rural area, the use of LMS for learning is certainly very foreign. One of the obstacles is related to internet network infrastructure problems. One of the breakthroughs that can be done is the development of the learning system and multimedia conference that can be used in limited network infrastructure conditions with low bandwidth. The aim is to provide digital-based learning services for schools in the Rural area. One of the most popular LMS platform providers and Open Source is Moodle. rural. In this study, a moodle-based learning system will be developed that integrates digital multimedia technology for distance learning. The learning system will be adjusted to the needs and ability of teachers in rural schools so that they can manage learning content, documentation of learning activities, assessments, and collaboration between teachers through video conferencing and video broadcasts.
