The crisis of quality drinking water in rural areas has caused serious health problems such as diarrhea and cholera, and even the death of children under five. The Gravity Driven Membrane (GDM) technology utilized in the Water Refill Station offers an innovative solution to produce clean, pathogen-free water by utilizing natural hydrostatic pressure without the need for electricity. Water Refill Station not only has the potential to change people's lives by providing quality drinking water, but also reduces dependence on chemicals and electrical energy. Supporting SDGs #6, this program is expected to enable communities to access quality drinking water independently, reducing dependence on water distribution which may not always be available or affordable. Apart from that, it also improves people's welfare, supports health, productivity and overall quality of life.
