This study aims to analyze the involvement of stakeholders in mutual cooperation practices on digital platforms, evaluate the facilitation of digital platforms on joint creations for cooperative innovation, as well as investigating the impact and identification of the monetization model on participation and joint creation levels in the development of product innovation and cooperative services . This study, an explorative sequential mixture method will be applied to overcome research problems. This approach begins with a qualitative research stage, which then explores the views of the participants. The data obtained will be analyzed and used to proceed to the quantitative stage. The qualitative approach involves interviews with 24 stakeholders who have expertise in related fields, and quantitative research further involves 100 respondents for validation. At this stage, statistical analysis, including modeling structural equations (SEM), is used to test hypotheses and identify the relationship between related variables. The findings of this study are the majority of respondents are willing to share knowledge and be involved in mutual cooperation on digital platforms, having a positive impact on innovation. Monetization is considered an alternative that can affect the positive participation of mutual cooperation. The findings show that the integration of mutual cooperation, sharing knowledge, and monetization is important to improve the quality of co-creation and innovation on digital platforms.
