Activity Summary

ITB KK Sports Sciences conducts counseling about a healthy lifestyle as well as a survey regarding the level of community participation in exercise at Dago Bandung CFD. Counseling informed the respondents that there were at least 4 points that must be considered. First, balanced nutritional intake is to eat food containing carbohydrates, protein, sufficient fat. Second, get enough rest, not sleep too late at night, and sleep time ranges from 6-8 hours / day. Third, regular exercise is at least 3x in one week with a duration of 20-30 minutes, medium intensity. Moderate intensity is 65% -85% maximum pulse (DNM). Providing an understanding that exercise is not synonymous with jogging or running, but will run one form of sports as long as the intensity reaches the recommended limit. Fourth, stress management. Stress management is a way that someone does to prevent, manage, and restore conditions that make it depressed. There are various ways to manage stress including doing live activities such as streets, holidays, and shoping. The positive side of the CFD implementation can be seen from community participation from economic activities by selling food, clothing, and so on. While in terms of sports many people take advantage of the moment in conducting sports activities.
