Activity Summary

The test of this natural coloring scheme is a continuation of the 2017 P3mi Research Program entitled Natural Textile Color Trends in Indonesia - Case Study: Talkers on the North Coast of Central Java, with specialty topics in Batang Regency, namely Kalipucang, Denasri and prohoons. In previous studies beginning with the collection of visual data in the form of existing colors, commonly used, and became a typical identity of the color of batik directly (field) in three centers of batik crafts in Batang Regency by collecting cloth, photographing cloth, photographing the environment, making observations , and the initial interview to batik actors. Research in the initial stage produces detailed color identification data (not nuances) originating from three batik centers. The first treatment on data 1 in the form of recording by using a digital camera gawai and mobile phone camera or mobile phone so that data 2 is generated, which is a photo, then with the help of a color scan / color generator on a digital application on the smartphone obtained data based on the colors of each cloth.
