Revolutions Industri 4.0 is a challenge for residents in Indonesia specializing in adolescents where the old literacy capability (reading, writing, and mathematics) is not the main reference in the face of this rapid development era. With the existence of this phenomenon, new consequences / orientation is needed in the preparation of the curriculum by developing and introducing new literacy capabilities, which consist of data literacy, literacyjitology, and human literacy so that it can create a competitive generation by having basic capital to take part in society. In addition, another challenge for the young generation today is that with the existence of Pandemicovid 19 that befell all over the world successfully paralyzed various industrial sectors accompanied by the rise of termination of employment in certain fields. Because it is necessary to have a new breakthrough as the motivation of the younger generation to prepare and develop the ability of each individual especially in the fields to improve the quality of its competitiveness. In the development of ICT competencies of the Human Resources of West Java Province, the UPTDTechnology of Information and Communication Education (Tikomdik) in collaboration with the ITB to hold an online workshop for Vocational School students and educators in the city . The basic unity workshop consists of 2 meetings compiled to know the basic unity to participants and participants can develop a scenario in game development, unity-based simulation. Modeling 3D Workshop withblender consists of 6 meetings compiled to develop participant's 3Dmodeling capabilities. 6 meetings are divided into two sessions where each session is nyateririri from theory, Pratikum and discussion. This activity is carried out through the learning and video conference using the Cisco WebEx platform with the provision of material in the field of Multimedia which was attended by participants in Darisiswa, Teachers and General Innovative thinking, critical and collaborative.
