This community development project is aimed to fill the absence of book concerning business process written in Bahasa Indonesia. Books about this topic written in foreign language especially English are generally abundant, but most of it emphasized their content around the application of business process management software. Consequently, they discuss less about the benefits and steps of business process management in an integrated manner even though the challenges in managing business process have become much more complex and strategic. It is said to be much more complex because the process involves various companies’ resources such as employee, assets, information, governance, among other things. On the other hand, some books about this topic emphasize more on qualitative discussion of business process management. Many of those books also do not fully show the challenges that are faced by every business organization on managing every steps of corporate business process management, especially on the context of implementing business process management on corporate world in Indonesia.
